Each piece of Carla Caruso Jewelry is made by hand and individually packaged in a gift box tied with ribbon. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your order. Many items will be ready sooner, but rings usually take the full 3-4 weeks, sometimes slightly longer. Please let us know if you need a piece more quickly. Please contact us with any questions you have before placing an order.
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes. You will receive an automated email from UPS with your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Let us know if you need to make special arrangements for your package.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take several weeks. We are not responsible for any delays by destination country's customs clearance processes.
Necklaces, earrings and bracelets are returnable within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus the shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The jewelry must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Rings and any other special orders are not returnable.
Since we make each ring to order, we cannot accept returns. We suggest that you be sized by a jeweler in your area to insure an accurate fit. We will resize most rings for a fee; please contact us for information and pricing.
Most rings can be custom-engraved inside the band for an additional charge. Custom engraving will require additional time to complete, and cannot be done on all styles, so please contact us before placing an order if you are interested in this service.
Because our jewelry is handmade, we can usually accommodate special orders. Please contact us if you are interested in a metal that is not pictured, a necklace in a custom length, etc. Because of our insurance coverage, we are unable to re-set customer's heirlooms or stones purchased elsewhere. Special orders are not returnable.
We offer gift certificates in any denomination, with a $5 charge for shipping. It will arrive packaged in a gift box with a biography card and mailed within a few days of your order. To place an order for a gift certificate, please click here.
Over time matte jewelry burnishes with wear. It can be re-matted by rubbing with a paste of baking soda and water, or gently brushing with a green 3M scrubbie pad. Blackened silver gradually fades with wear. While many people appreciate the unique patina, we can re-oxidize your piece for the cost of shipping.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your jewelry for many years to come. Please contact us for repair if your item was purchased through our website. Because of varying policies, repairs for items purchased through a store must be handled by that store. Some pieces, due to their delicate nature, will not last forever.
Carla Caruso Jewelry is sold in many locations throughout the US. We love our stores and hope that you will make your purchase locally if there is a store in your area. Any returns, repairs or special orders for items purchased through a local store must be handled by that store.
